Meditation and Mindfulness
Do you want to feel better? Do you want to experience a more positive attitude in your day to day life? Then, this class is for you! Learn the basics of meditation and experience the opportunity to expand on your own meditation practices while learning easy to use techniques to shift to a more positive perspective in your day. All are welcome. Wear loose and comfortable clothing. Bring notebook and pen. 4 sessions.

Mighty Mites - Multi-Sports
Interact with other youth in a safe, fun environment in 4-week classes that teach fundamental skills through a variety of fun games. Classes take place on designated days only with a new activity for each week. Activities may vary from soccer, football, wiffleball, mini golf, or numerous tag games! 4 sessions.

Drop-in Fitness - BODYPUMP
