Construction began following Labor Day 2019 and pools are anticipated to open Memorial Day 2020. The contractor for the project is MW Golden Constructors of Castle Rock, CO, and the architect and pools designers are Essenza Architecture of Louisville, CO and Counsilman-Hunsaker of Lakewood, CO.
