PLEASE NOTE: All accounts created online are Non-Resident accounts. If you are a Resident but created a Non-Resident account online you will receive the Non-Resident rates.

New Resident South Suburban Customers

To be recognized as a district Resident you will need to visit one of our photo ID locations, provide proof of residency and purchase a South Suburban ID. Once you have done this, you will receive Resident rates for all future programs and facility use.

To be recognized as a district Resident you will need to visit one of our photo ID locations and provide proof of residency. Once you have done this your South Suburban Photo ID card will be given to you and our staff will adjust your Resident status accordingly.
