Before becoming a Personal Trainer, John was a small business owner. John has training experience in weight loss, sports performance, balance and stability, core strength development and reactive training. Education: Finance and Computer Science
After abandoning a career in retail and service jobs, Kevin decided to put his skills into doing what he loves most, fitness. He has a passion for instilling the knowledge of fitness helping people who are wishing to better their lives, regardless of their individual goals. Kevin enjoys training people from all walks of life…..40 year old professionals to collegiate level athletes. His goal is to clarify any misinformation about fitness and get back to the basics. He makes it a priority to make maximize workout effectiveness while also keeping it congruent with the life demands that the average, hardworking individual faces on a daily basis.
Education: B.S. Exercise Science & B.S. in Social Sciences
Martino has always been an athlete in various sports including football and baseball, and more recently, boxing. His passion for fitness started after completing p90x, and he eventually decided to take on fitness as a career to help other people accomplish their fitness goals. Martino believes that fitness should not be a chore, but more of an exciting challenge to look forward to throughout the week.
Cherise has been training for marathons and triathlons for 20 years and has accomplished 35 marathons and 2 full Ironman competitions. She has successfully coached many people through their first marathon/triathlon, training alongside them every step of the way. Cherise specializes in endurance activities, though she also has experience with short-distance goals and believes that variety in any exercise program is a must. While her favorite activities are running and swimming, she continues to incorporate all forms of exercise in her regimens including boxing, TRX and yoga.
Denise has been involved in the fitness industry since 1987, starting out in group fitness and then expanding into personal training when the Lone Tree Recreation center opened its doors in 2004. She enjoys working with individuals of all ages and finds nothing more gratifying than seeing someone improve their physical, mental and emotional well-being through exercise. Denise enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her family.
Education: B.S. Family Sciences
Shelly has been in the fitness industry since 2008 after spending time in Aqua Aerobics classes to rehab after a knee replacement. Encouraged by her classmates to begin teaching the class, she felt motivated to go beyond Aqua and branch out into the personal fitness arena. Shelly enjoys working with rehab patients and has specialty certifications in Silver Sneakers, Older Adult Fitness and most recently in Breast Cancer Wellness.
Education: AAS in Business Data Processing
Sharise has been working in the fitness field since 1990. Along with being a certified Personal Trainer, she also teaches in several areas of group fitness (see certifications below) and holds a degree in Physical Therapy with experience working in wound care, school districts, long-term care, outpatient sports rehabilitation and home health. According to Sharise, “My specialty is anyone who has a passion to feel better and live longer. Keep the body moving, the mind sharp and your spirit strong!”
Education: Associates in Applied Science for Physical Therapy
After 15 years in Corporate America, Donna decided to use her active lifestyle and abilities to help the growing population who simply feel they do not have enough time to get in shape. She enjoys working with clients of all ages and abilities. She has guided clients through marathons and triathlons and seen numerous successes in her clients’ fitness goals. Donna spends most of her free time training for and competing in running races. Most recently she completed the marathon in Jungfrau, Switzerland. She also spends time cycling, cross-training, reading and journaling. Her philosophy is "to train you to train yourself. I have a pragmatic approach in that I set achievable goals and help clients find ways to incorporate better health in their already busy lives by customizing each session."

Coco has always had a passion for fitness. She became a Personal Trainer driven by the desire to help people achieve the level of fitness they’ve always wanted. As Coco decided to regain ownership of her own health after the birth of her second child, she saw how the benefits, both physical and psychological, extended to her circle of family and friends. She also began finding everyday ways to keep kids moving and active, especially as physical education options diminish at schools. This and her relationship with her grandmother were key factors in designing age-appropriate activities for youth and seniors. "Seeing results with family and friends led me to pursue a certification in Personal Training."
Education: Human Resources Management
Rhonda has 15 years experience as a personal trainer and group exercise instructor working with a wide range of clients. Her training experience includes one-on-one training, small group training, corporate wellness centers, family and recreation centers and privately owned fitness facilities. Rhonda enjoys camping with her family, mountain biking, weight training, gardening, reading and cooking. Rhonda's philosophy is "to develop and implement innovative fitness programs for my clients that enable continuous improvement of their health, fitness, and overall well-being.
Education: BS in Biology with a minor in Health Science from University of North Florida
Nicole started as an athlete in gymnastics and from there she competed in swimming, volleyball, basketball and soccer. This variety of sports only fueled her love for health and fitness. She has been training for over 10 years with all age groups and abilities. She specializes in Fitness Nutrition, Youth Athletics, and Special Populations i.e. people with diabetes, heart disease and chronic diseases. Her passion is shown in everything that she does helping people and is evident in the things she has achieved in all aspects of health and fitness.
