vREGISTRATION INFORMATIONv

·          Teams may register at the South Suburban Sports Dome, 6959 S. Peoria Street or by calling 303-754-0541.  Teams must deposit a minimum of $300 at the time of registration.  All team and player fees must be paid in full prior to team’s first game.

·          District Team Registration begins on Monday, November 17 at 10am.  District teams consist of 75% of players with CURRENT SOUTH SUBURBAN ID CARDS. Coaches must show proof of District Residency to sign up on this date.

·          Returning Team Registration begins on Monday, November 17 at 10am.  Teams playing in the Winter I 2008 season may register on this date.

·          Open Team Registration begins on Monday, December 1 at 10am.

·          Registration Deadline is Friday, December 12 at 5pm.  Leagues are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.  Leagues may fill before registration deadline.

·          Manager Meeting is Tuesday, December 16 at 5:30pm at the South Suburban Family Sports Center Banquet Room (upstairs to the left, next to the Avalanche Grill) 6901 S. Peoria St.  All new teams must have a representative present at the managers meeting.

 

vTEAM ROSTERSv

Players must fill out the Sports Dome Team Roster Form and pay the player fee to be placed on their team’s roster.  Sports Dome staff will conduct random roster checks during the season to verify that each participant is paid and on the roster.  Players may only play for one team during the season.  Unregistered/illegal players and may cause the team to forfeit their game.  Referees and staff will determine eligibility of players for forfeits.  Each team must have jerseys of the same color with numbers.

vREFUND POLICYv

The following policies will be in effect for those teams wishing to withdraw from South Suburban leagues:

 

1.         Any team wishing to withdraw from the league prior to Friday, December 12 will be assessed a $35 processing fee, and the remainder will be refunded.

2.         After Friday, December 12, no refunds of any kind will be given.
