Recreation Center Safe Return

The Goodson, Buck, Lone Tree and Sheridan Recreation Centers are open.  SSPRD is committed to meeting and exceeding all government mandates to minimize the spread of COVID-19 for both participants and staff. 

Reservations are currently required for group fitness and Saturday morning Racquetball.

The recreation centers are open with the following guidelines:

  • The Goodson Recreation Center is currently open and operating under Level Clear which eliminates capacity and physical distancing requirements.  Meaning facilities are resuming close to normal operations.
  • All general facility activities are on a first come, first served basis, except reservations for group fitness and Saturday morning Racquetball.  Reservations may be completed online at https://bit.ly/ssprdonlineres or by calling the recreation center you plan to visit.  Reservations will open 24 hours in advance.  Please review these instructions for reservation options and policies.
  • Masks:  Based on current state guidelines those that are fully vaccinated, 10 and under or in the pool are not required to wear masks.
  • The following are not currently available: drop-in childcare or steam rooms.
  • Anyone who is sick or has symptoms of COVID-19 should stay home.
  • Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult guardian.
  • Guests who fail to follow guidelines and staff direction may be asked to leave and refunds will not be issued.

All guidelines and operating hours will regularly be evaluated and are subject to change based on demands and updated guidelines.

Admission

Daily admission and passes include use of pool, gym, weight room, cardio and circuit equipment, racquetball courts, track, and drop-in fitness classes. Specialty programs and services (e.g. martial arts, personal training, dance classes and swim lessons) are available for an additional fee.

All guests must pay a daily admission for general facility use, spectating is not permitted for general facility use, only registration based programs and classes.
To receive Resident rates, you must have a valid South Suburban Resident account.
Household consists of two adults and three children up to the ages of 17 living at home.  Additional child options are available for additional fees.

*Monthly Passes at Goodson, Buck & Lone Tree Recreation Centers require auto-debit sign-up with a minimum of one auto-debit payment, in addition to the initial payment at sign up. All monthly passes bill the first of the month. At sign up, the first month’s payment will be discounted to the number of days remaining in that month. Cancellations must be received in writing by the 15th of the month in order to cancel and discontinue reoccurring payments.
**Annual passes may be paid in full or auto-debited over the course of 3 consecutive monthly payments.

***Punch Passes expire 3 years after the date of purchase.

Whether you want to swim laps, take an aquatics class, or take a break from the stresses of life, Goodson is the place for you. The indoor pool area features:

Children 5 and under must be accompanied by a guardian (age 16+) in the water at all times.
Children 6-9 must be actively observed by a guardian (age 16+) unless they are a “non-swimmer” in which they need to be accompanied by a guardian in the water at all times.

The Goodson Gymnastics Center is an 8,000+ square foot, top-of-the-line gymnastics facility with equipment for the youngest of tumblers to the most advanced competitors.

No school? No worries! We offer a variety of specialty camps and full-day camps during summer, fall, winter and spring breaks and during most holidays and in-service days.
