Fall Volleyball

Fall CARA Volleyball

Learn volleyball basics and practice fundamentals through this team oriented league where equal play is emphasized. Teams practice weekdays and participate in 3 weekend tournaments (which includes a State Tournament) against other metro area recreation agency teams.   

Who: We have four levels: Grades 2-4, Grades 5-6, Grades 7-8, and High School, Grades 9 -12. Boys and girls are welcome!
When: Games: August-November (September 14th first game)
Practice: Grades 5-6 will practice one hour a week and all other grades will practice two hours a week.  Practice times and locations are determined by coaches. Practices are usually held Mon- Fri between 5 - 9 pm.
Games: Teams will play in 3 Saturday tournaments between August 26th- November 2nd including a State Tournament on October 26th, at various metro area recreation centers. 
Price: Grades 3-4: $60 Resident, $72 Nonresident; Grades 5-12: $75 Resident, $87 Nonresident
Registration Opens: 8am, Monday, May 13th 2019

Summer outdoor Volleyball Instructional Camps

Build your skills in passing, setting, serving, and hitting. Each day you'll work on one skill by playing a variety of games and fun drills that balance between competition and sportsmanship. Ages 7- 14.

Volunteer to Coach

Interested in volunteering to coach a youth sports team? Follow these steps:

  1. Click Here and register as a volunteer coach under the correct program. Must have an account to complete. 
  2. Complete Concussion Awareness Training (choose one):
  3. Submit Concussion Awareness Training certificate to the Athletics Office by:

  4. Contact the Athletics Office or league coordinator to inform them that you want to coach and for additional information
